PROBLEM: Duplicates of my recent documents

PROBLEM: Duplicates of my recent documents continue to populate in my Drive folder. It won’t stop. I’ve had to delete over 100 of the same file in the past day. It’s super annoying and I hope that google fixes this problem soon
