Continuous File Dupliction

I selected “Make a Copy” for a zip file on the Shared With Me tab and the file is now continuously duplicating within my Drive. I am using the latest released versions of iOS and the Google Drive app on an iPhone X.

I was able to stop the process by logging in via my PC and deleting the file that was the original source. Upon opening the Google Drive iOS app again, the nonstop file duplication process has resumed.
