You didn’t read that wrongly. Of course every Google drive is free up to 15 GB, I upgraded to 100GB which is only $2 monthly. This is the shared space for all of my engineering files, music, and videos. After downloading this, get Google Photos (free)... this is how you get unlimited space. I can store HQ pics and videos on this app and it doesn’t take any space. Linking the 2 apps is as simple as flipping a switch. I was able to compact 600 GB of data to my 100GB drive and still have 85GB to spare.
